Climate, pasturage, the breed of animal and the care they received, the season of the year and even the time of day all contribute to the quality of the milk and ultimately the cheese that is made from it.

	February Cheese Tasting Schedule We taste cheese every Saturday from 1 to 4 pm at our store in Yachats. It is our pleasure to offer some of the best cheese the Northwest has to offer. Our selection of domestic artisan and International cheeses is always changing. Come by and see what's new each week! [more]
	Breakfast Menu Breakfast We serve a variety of house made pastry items baked fresh every morning. Choose from muffins, scones, and buttery danish to die for. We also make a breakfast turnover with bacon, egg, cheddar cheese and green onion in homemade puff pastry. Baked French Toast available on the weekend.
	Lunch Menu Lunch is an ecletic mix with something for everyone. The House specialty is our baked to order mini pizzas. Choose the special of the day or add your favorite toppings. We also make sandwiches, panini's, homemade soup, salads and other daily specials. Eat in or order to go. In a hurry?
